I got 1440P, but my text is alittle blurry for my liking. It's 1080P screen but I did some stuff in Nvidia Control panel to get 1440P

What is the make and model of your monitor? DPI/PPI is another important factor when it comes to the overall image clarity and sharpness. If you are not using the monitor at the native resolution as intended, you could experience display defects.

If you could paste the custom resolution settings from the Nvidia Control Panel, that would be helpful. You can increase the text size through Windows under Windows display settings as well.

You can do dsr via nvidia control panel but anything over 1080p on a 1080p monitor will look like crap except 2160p where everything is just really small but 4k is more suited for gaming than a desktop resolution.

Sounds like you enabled Nvidias DSR to get 1440p on a 1080p display. You try adjusting the DSR Smoothness.

Nvidia Control Panel > Manange 3d Settings > DSR Smoothness

Better to go 2x your native res to reduce any any blurring and possibly other artifacts when using DSR.
