My laptop keyboard stopped working. (SOLVED)
So my laptop keyboard stopped working. I have an msi ge62 2qd apache pro with windows 10. And I think it was because I up dated a driver or something. Because when I played Team fortress 2 I kept getting a machine check error so I updated some drivers. And it stopped crashing for the rest of that day. And the next day I was playing for quite a while with out a crash and then it crashed again. So my laptop restarted and the log in screen appears and I was trying to type in my pin. But the numbers would not appear I pressed caps lock and number lock and they did not light up. So I restarted the laptop because my mouse would still work Just fine. And I noticed when the computer was still booting up the caps lock and number lock will still work but when the login screen appears the keyboard stops working again. Any ideas how to fix this problem? [NOTE] also I forgot to mention that when I updated the drivers my leds on my keyboard turned on again and could not turn them off because steel series engine could no longer recognize the keyboard. Also I'm typing this out on my iPad so I'm sorry if the writing is messy or if some words are the wrong words because of auto correct. Thank you

Reinstall Windows to fix your BSODs.

The keyboard is probably broken unless it is indeed a driver issue.

Download the Media creation tool from the Microsoft website. It can found here[www.microsoft.com]. Then use the media creation tool to download and mount the Windows 10 installation files on a flash drive. Then once the tool is done go in to the BIOS and boot from the flash drive.
To windows.

My keyboard is built into the computer.

Also how do I open up the bios?

If it is a software issue you can still use your keybaord to get in to the BIOS. If the keyboard is broken your will need to use a external USB keyboard.
But what do I do to get into the bios?

Press delete right?

When I'm booting up correct?

Turn on the laptop and just start hitting Delete. If delete doesn't work try the F1-F12 keys.

You will need to use a working PC to create the bootable Windows 10 USB.
Um I have a desktop.

But is there another way to fix this? Less complicated?

You probably have a lot of viruses and other crap on your PC so you will need to reinstall Windows it doesn't matter how you do it.
