How to make microphone pick up less background noise?

Current Audio : Logitech G430

I have lots of background noise and a click keyboard as well. Any way to fix or lessen this for free? I don't have money to buy a new mic. So any software or such that could help me out thanks!

Change the settings

try Playback devices > Recording > Properties > enhancements> noise supresion see if that helps with some of the background nouse
under enhancements theres a "noice suipression" option

It is connected to analog jacks or via USB?

For analog jacks, ensure your Audio driver is updated from official site of that chipset; and it should have such options for Mic; such as Noise Suppression / Echo Cancellation.

It goes through the provided usb sound card then usb into the computer.

Put it on push to talk in whatever program you use for chat.
