Then download the latest drivers from the Nvidia website.
DDU app: http://www.guru3d.com/files-details/display-driver-uninstaller-download.html
Nvidia drivers: http://www.nvidia.com/Download/index.aspx
Also once you have installed the GPU drivers go to the Nvidia Control Panel > Manage 3D settings > Global settings > Preferred Graphics processor > High-performance NVIDIA processor
1. "Clock is out of sync" What do you mean?
Are the date and time correct?
And/or many gaming computers have hybrid graphics with Intel integrated graphics for low power use, and Nvidia graphics when you need more speed for gaming.
Time being out of sync and graphics issues could be dead CMOS battery which keeps BIOS settings in CMOS and keeps hardware clock/calendar running when computer is off.
PS: I have an MSI GE60-2OE from Oct 2013 I think. with i7 Intel HD 4600/Nvida GTX 765M graphics and it no longer even turns on properly. On for 7 seconds with blank screen as power use and fans spin down, off 4 sec, on 7sec, off 4 sec... until I hold power button long enough to keep off (fully charged battery, battery + PSU, or PSU only).
Empty Cmos maybe?
Laptops have this just like Desktops do. On Laptops though it tends to be sealed, with a 2 pin connector

some models might be easier, where its more easily accessable and replaceable, like this:
http://www.irisvista.com/tech/laptops/Toshiba-Satellite-L775-L770-L775D-L770D/body-big/Toshiba-Satellite-P775-P770-disassembly-04.jpg
The clock is never correct? Like with the internet time server, I always have to resync it, messes up some of my games if I don't constantly reset it, not sure how else to explain it.
Making a system backup just in case the download does something wonky.
@Bad_Motha Replaced my battery already thinking that was part of the issue.
Soon as I got it it had a time sync error, so I'm not throwing it in the water just yet.
Set the time and date, and regional time-zone.
Then reboot and check the time and date in BIOS.
Once set and checked, power off the system, disconnect the AC Adapter and Laptop main Battery. Press and hold power button for 10 secs. Then come back in a few minutes, re-connect just the Laptop battery and power on the laptop, then see if the time/date is correct still or not.
One way to test this theory is doing Check For Updates via Windows Updates.
If your time/date is way off, it will toss up an error for this very reason.
Just backed up my pc it took forever, am I launching it once i'm in safe mode? Then simply downloading the latest driver? Or a different way etc?
