Then you can upgrade your CPU to an i7 7700 ( $290).
And also you can upgrade your GPU to GTX 1060 ($250). / or GTX 1080 ($520).
And also you can install another 8 GB of Ram ( $60).
I've never heard of Zoostorm though.

Based on the part list you provided. It tells that your PC is upgradeable.
That's also true with PSU cables, which isn't a problem if you buy a new one, which you should.
i gave and tell me if the PC is upgradable. (sorry for being really annoying just want to make sure that i dont make a wrong decision.
- If you want to upgrade GPU, you want to upgrade the PSU, to 450W - 600W 80+ bronze/gold, which should handle any GPU you want to upgrade it to.
Here a tier list that was tested, and recommended by others. Tier goes by brand, and then model, in each tier, as tier 1 best, also anything below tier 4, do not get, if it under tier 5 don't touch it.

- You can add 8GB of more RAM if you want, which is up to you.
- If you want to upgrade CPU, I recommend checking this list below, and make sure your motherboard BIOS is updated to that BIOS version, or to the latest BIOS.
Here your motherboard CPU support,

It's not like a Dell or HP, it's just a mom&pop shop type of pre-build; like if I was to do a PCPartPicker listing and then list on Ebay, then build per order. It's just a name... overall the internals are off the shelf parts, nothing proprietary; standard ATX Motherboard and Power Supply.
