I need the brand, and exact model of this pre-built pc.

Also run CPU-Z or Speccy, and tell me the model of the motherboard, as that's the most important thing to know, as well the PSU watts.
And how are we supposed to know? You told us nothing about your PC.

Yes, your PC is upgradable. But first you need to upgrade the PSU (power supply), so that your PSU can provide enough power to your other upgraded parts. A 550- 600 watt PSU will be enough. It will cost you $60.

Then you can upgrade your CPU to an i7 7700 ( $290).

And also you can upgrade your GPU to GTX 1060 ($250). / or GTX 1080 ($520).

And also you can install another 8 GB of Ram ( $60).

well basically yes but so for upgrades espacially better GPU you need a better PSU.
You need a better PSU of at least 500W. (I recommend 550W minimum).

I've never heard of Zoostorm though.

Based on the part list you provided. It tells that your PC is upgradeable.

That only happens with weird manufacturer form factors, such as BTX.

That's also true with PSU cables, which isn't a problem if you buy a new one, which you should.

Just unplug everything.
One last thing, I couldn't find the name of the case but i did provide some sizes of everything in the PC and the actual case so if you dont mind, can you look back at them size specifications

i gave and tell me if the PC is upgradable. (sorry for being really annoying just want to make sure that i dont make a wrong decision.
Sorry I reply late, was busy cleaning.

- If you want to upgrade GPU, you want to upgrade the PSU, to 450W - 600W 80+ bronze/gold, which should handle any GPU you want to upgrade it to.

Here a tier list that was tested, and recommended by others. Tier goes by brand, and then model, in each tier, as tier 1 best, also anything below tier 4, do not get, if it under tier 5 don't touch it.

https://linustechtips.com/main/topic/631048-psu-tier-list-updated/

- You can add 8GB of more RAM if you want, which is up to you.

- If you want to upgrade CPU, I recommend checking this list below, and make sure your motherboard BIOS is updated to that BIOS version, or to the latest BIOS.

Here your motherboard CPU support,

It's not like a Dell or HP, it's just a mom&pop shop type of pre-build; like if I was to do a PCPartPicker listing and then list on Ebay, then build per order. It's just a name... overall the internals are off the shelf parts, nothing proprietary; standard ATX Motherboard and Power Supply.
