Mouse pointer twitching.
Hi all
So first of all, I'm not sure if this is the type of question I should ask on this forum, but I really need help. I'm sorry if this is irrelevant.
So my mousepointer started to jump around and twitch on my screen. Obviously one would think there is a hair under my sensor or something, so I unplugged my Reddragon m601 to see if it stopped, but it didn't. So I thought the problem is with my trackpad (I have a Lenovo notebook) so i disabled the trackpad and it still didn't stop.
I would really appreciate it if someone can help me, as you can imagine this is EXTREMELY annoying.
(English isn't my first language so I apologise for any grammar mistakes)
Thanks in advance.

Make sure the lens is clean. Try the mouse on a different surface maybe use a piece of paper as a mousepad. If those things do not work the mouse is dead, it is only a $10 you get what you pay for.

As I said, it keeps twitching even if I unplug the mouse. I don't think it's the mouse.

Then unplug the trackpad and plug in just a mouse and see if the issue continues.

I found the issue, just incase someone had the same problem. I used a wireless mocrosoft keyboard and for some reason the little thing I plugged in my laptop caused the twitching.

Ok but thats just a Keyboard, so what you're saying makes no sense.

I dont understand it either. Its not the keyboard that causes it, its the little usb thing. I have no idea why.

Try a different USB port for that usb wireless adapter

Tried using a different port, didn't work.

Then maybe avoid that Keyboard, try a Wired one.
Why would you go wireless anyways? Not like your going to sit the Laptop some place and then use it from far away.

A friend spilled beer on my keybaord, some of the keys aren't working. I'm a college student so wireless just seemed the better option.
But it's fine I solved the problem. Thank you for replying to my post. :)
