Or would you recomend me another one?

Make use of this first:

1 x M.2 Socket 3 with M Key, type 2242/2260/2280/22110 storage devices support (SATA mode & PCIE mode)

Then a 7200rpm sata 6GB/s drive

So buy this 3TB HDD or do you have something better to suggest me? SSD is out of the qurestiond due to the very high price for a 3 TB

So, do you have a small ssd now for OS like 128-275GB and are you planning to use the 3TB for a 2ndary storage/game drive?

I'm using that ^ one for my game drive it has good speeds and still 7200rpm, little cheaper.

I can highly recommend a 250GB to 500GB SSD for the OS and the games you're actively playing, and a whatever big HDD for storage. Don't stare yourself blind on the 3TB requirement.

That PC without an SSD should be a criminal offense.

i had one 1 TB HDD(the one i am currently using) and another one 320 GB HDD but when on March i bought new cpu ram and motherboard i can not use the 320 gb HDD anymore because it dosent fit on the ASUS PRIME X370 PRO motherboard due to it being too old. So have only 1TB HDD now.

If you want fast boot times, get an SSD.

Also yes you can get that drive, or what upcoast is using, both are fine.

I'd recommend getting multiple drives if you can, using one as a back up, or setting up raid.
I personally recommend Western digital; I've had wd's that have lasted well over a decade still going strong.

If you're not into getting an ssd also for the OS I would take the 1TB drive and short stroke it ie make the 1st partition 300ish GB for your os then use the rest for low demanding storage then take the Toshiba 3TB and make it one big partition and put all your games on it.

I'd still recommend getting an ssd for your OS when you can because it's not just about how fast windows loads it's that the OS on the ssd will be approx. 3 times more responsive than having your os on an hdd.

well that didnt awnsered the question. he was not asking for a SSD and liek he said the prices for such a large SSD is way to expensive for normal users.
Besides the M.2 SSD's are all 22mm wide and 40-110mm long. So they all have the formfactor you just listed...and its not PCIe mode its NVMe which uses 4x PCIe 3.0 lanes.

Nah multiple drives pull more space and power. Also multiple storage dives are much more expensive then a single one. In germany e.g. an 1TB WD HDD cost 56€ and a 2TB 65€. So not seing why you should overspend by using multiple devices. Second if you lose a raid array you pretty much screwed and lose all your data. Last but not least having multiple devices also pull more lanes which can slower your speed greatly depending on your MoBo.

Its is more expensive. But more redundant. Id rather spend more than lose my data because a brand new seagate decided to die.

seagate or wd never died on me. I always got rid of them first as the capacity where to low. But a good WD or Seagate 4TB HDD cost about 200€ while a 3TB SSD cost atleast 5-6 times as much... For the same price you get a whole new Gaming PC

Are seagates getting that good? I've always had them fail on me within a couple months. Vs the 15yr old WD I'm using rn.

But yeah, storage can get hella exspensive.

Get a decent SSD, like Samsung 960 EVO or 850 EVO, 250 or 500 GB
and WD Black 4TB
