Its a mediocre unit which appreantly suffers from a noisy fan and losing efficiency when it gets hotter.
Im sure you can find a much better one for a few bucks more. Seasonic, FSP Group, EVGA, Silverstone.

Rosewill does not make power supplies, they use a variety of OEMs - some good and some bad. Check their entry in the PSU Database[www.realhardtechx.com]. Personally I would avoid all the Solytech OEM units the others on a model-by-model basis. IMHO the Proton line seems ok but pricey compared to other models that are "known to be better"...

I've had a Rosewill RD 600 for 4 years, still going strong. Currently using an Arc-M650. Happy with both. Their Quark series is supposed to be very good, according to johnnyguru[www.jonnyguru.com].
