Adobe Photoshop drawing (pen tablet) lag while in battery mode?

So i'm trying to draw using Photoshop with my HUION (pen tablet for drawing) but the weird thing is everytime i draw while in battery mode it just lagged out.. so the interface doesn't respond the cursor.. and if i use brush to draw a line, the line shows couple seconds after the pen doesn't touch the tablet anymore..

it lags but it's not 'not responding'...

so if i use brush tool my cursor changed to O (circle) but then it's stuck like that even after the cursor is not in the photoshop layer area..

honestly this is hard to understand because it is also hard to explain..

"For a couple weeks now, I've had very brief cursor freezing, especially when making large jumps. Needless to say, this was very annoying. Just now I found the fix (I'm using Huion PenTablet driver 12.2.16.160527 with Huion 608): Uncheck "Support TabletPC" After that, my input lag and cursor freezing was gone. I could not find any other mention of this on osugame, so I'm putting this here in the off chance that anyone else is experiencing the problem I had and this was the fix."

i just fixed it.. it's my windows that messing up with the pen touch feature.. the windows 'flick' thing..
