You don't have to worry about computer temps the computer will not get increasingly hotter during long gaming sessions. The temp will go up and down depending on the load the hardware is under, it takes seconds for the hardware to cool back down to idle temps.
If the PC does overheat it will protect itself by thermal throttling and in a worst case scenario it will shut itself down.

Keep the vents clean and coolers dust free.
Computers aren't people. As long as they have adequate cooling they can run 24/7 indefinitely.
This question is a little strange. As long as your PC is adequately cooled, you can play for as long as you like without worry of your PC overheating. Just watch the temps every now and then.
A PC will not run increasingly hotter the longer it runs..
