And bottleneck, yes/no, it depends on the game.
CPU cooler or not, what do u have atm, amd stock cooler?
You have $140..
So 2 things u could do, save the money for up2date hardware or spend some money on extra ddr3 and a decent cpu cooler.
A good low budget cooler for example the coolermaster evo.
*And no, both FX have the same socket, so no new mobo.
Budget is around 140€

Looks very weak vs Hyper 212 which is a budget cooler itself.

I would recommend grabbing Hyper 212 EVO, it's cheap and it can actually handle AMD FX 8 cores overclock. The competitor Cryorig H7 can not due to its low TDP design.
Stock to stock comparisons; 8320, 50, 70 are all roughly the same performance.
What's the temp on the FX8320 now with load P95 or GTA 5? If you're getting a new cooler the H7 edges out the 212evo but either will do.
Most of the FX8xxx do roughly the same 4.2-4.4GHZ overclock.
1st step before you do anything really is set Power Options in windows to High Performance then boot into bios and disable c1e/turbo core/cool n quiet, basically get it working the way it should be.
As far as your original bottleneck question some games yes but they wouldn't be unplayable most games won't show a bottleneck with that class of gpu.
Yea that would be a must due to socket and such. Can't just except to ditch a working setup and spend hundreds for new Motherboard + CPU + DDR4 RAM. There is literally nothing wrong with AMD FX-8 if your Motherboard and Cooler aren't total crap.
