graphics card driver for Windows Server 2012

I have an AMD APU which is AMD A6-6310 with AMD Radeon R4 graphics and I have dual boot setup with Windows 10 and Windows Server 2012 but I'm struggling to find a driver for the graphics on Server 2012. Can anyone point me in the right direction?

find one directly from AMD, i would have thought that windows 7 drivers would work.

All you need to do is manually install GPU Driver that supports that GPU fully; that is made for Vista and/or Win7
