Also, the cooler could be move slightly up if you need so.

In the third perspective, you can see that the cooler is attached with brackets to the heat spreader, so you can move it about 2mm up.
Install the cooler, then install your RAM. Easy as that really.
Yes, it does. The 212 evo It's wide enough to cover one ram slot. Some memory modules with special heat spreader will have problems.
No it does not; if you install the Cooler and Fan first. You simply adjust the fan it can go anywhere you want up or down.... then install the RAM last and it won't be an issue. It blocks nothing.
I've only done over 100 builds with that cooler; and RAM taller than anything Corsair offers.
Trust me, it will visually appear to block, but in the end it does not.
If it is a concern and you don't want to go that Cooler... get this one

It can go anywhere but best efficience come if you set it blowing air directly to the back (i.e. the default position). And yes, that's why I mention him that he can rise it a little bit.
it wont block a RAM slot then
common sense
Just get the H7 cooler, it's deigned way better. Everything CM comes with a junk fan anyways; all the Hyper212, the fan will die quick.
Actually, the fan when placed on the right side CAN block or partially block the 1st DIMM slot on many boards.
As do most tower coolers ^ but like Badmotha said the fan can move up.
I've got 2 of the older cm212 plus coolers and the fan slides up and with those I just need it up a 1/4" to get the tall ripjaws in.
The tuniq tower 120 needs no adjustment and has no way of adjusting but it's a sky scraper of tower coolers.
Thankfully the cm 212s have a way of adjusting the fan hight.
Besides I already said, just buy the H7 Cooler; it's 10X better for nearly the same price.
The H7 also compensates for design flaws that many other tower coolers have. The only other one as good as H7 is perhaps from Noctua or BeQuiet; which will easily run you at least double the price of an H7 cooler.
Anyway, i did some research and have now decided to go for the antec c400 as it allows me to position the cooler either way. Its a bit more cost than the EVO and only very slightly more than the newer improved 212x model but it seemed worth the change dew to temps coming in better than both cooler masters not to mention being able to have it either way round.
Im going to do another thread in a minute on fan facing GPU or fans facing RAM so i hope you guys dont mind putting your worth in again as i would really like to know what you think and what experiences you have had with this decision in the past when we consider wheres the PSU located.
Once again many thanks.

Again it's not expensive, way better then any Hyper212 series.
Besides, Antec doesn't really make anything that is good anymore; they are basically dead when comes to PC stuff.
You don't want tower coolers facing up or down; its just bad...
Better to have it be vertical with fan(s) blowing horizontal towards the Rear Exhaust section of the Case.
