Thermal Grizzly Kryonaut Vs Gelid GC extreme for laptop
Which among the above is a better choice for laptops? I know that Thermal grizzly beats GC extreme by 1 C and also that its almost double expensive than GC Extreme. What I want to know is how often will I need to repaste my laptop with either of the pastes? My Helios 300 PH315-52 has i7-9750H which runs at 90+ C while playing any modern game.
Thank you.

Have you used any of the pastes personally? I actually wanted to know which paste doesn't try out quickly at high temps achieved during laptop gaming.
Also, how many CPU+GPU applications will I able to do using 1 gm of paste?

Arctic Cooling MX4 is just fine. Do not need much more then that, especially on a laptop, which all have only a very tiny space on the cpu and gpu cores to even apply any paste.
