Intel optane installation

Hi,
I purchased intel optane from Amazon (Intel Optane DC P4801X 100GB Solid State Drive). The problem is that, I installed it to my motherboard msi meg z390 ace, and when I turned on my pc, the screen showed blue screen. I tried some workaround, and followed the steps from google but it didn't work out.
any workaround?

Yes. it always displays "there is no valid disk pairs in your system" in intel optane memory and storage management application although I followed all the steps.

The last step in the intel guide is to contact intel support if it doesn't work. Assuming you've done that what did they say?

whats the other drive in the system?

optane is used as cache for the larger drive

what mobo?
check the manual to see what sata ports are disabled when the m.2 is populated with optane or nvme
