Maybe this might help
if yes, login tot hat account and try if the issue is persistent or not.
Select the Windows icon on the Taskbar.
Select Settings (Gear icon).
Select Ease of Access.
Select Keyboard from the left pane.
Navigate to Use Toggle Keys.
Set the Play a sound whenever you press Caps Lock, Num Lock, or Scroll Lock option to On/off
Also, Settings - search 'advanced keyboard settings' - language bar options, advanced tab and check the caps lock is set.

i fix it using the software "DELL PERIPHERAL MANAGER" unchecking "acivate notification of lock keys"
so nothing to see with windows XX on my side ...
so look on your "constructor" peripheral settings ...
Anyone know how I can fix this? I tried the sfc scan it said it found some corrupt files and fixed it but nothing changed

I checked everything, but I would never guess it is the Dell software, as I only have a Dell webcam :)
