Screen shot of CPUZ or do a validation on CPUZ (you'll see a button at the bottom of the CPUZ window that say "Validate" - click it, then in the next window click on "Submit") and provide the link.
Get a screen shot of wherever you're looking at that tells you about having "unused" RAM and post a link here. You can post your image on imgur or even use something such as Techpower Image Hosting[www.techpowerup.org] and then post the link here.
Right now, all I get from all the previous posts is that some stuff was suggested and you say nothing changes. Instead of trying to get more helpful data for us to assist you with, you just ran right out and started trying everything suggested without getting us more of the basic info requested by the very first person that posted on the thread:

Can you post a screenshot of the issue?
Then simply open Paint, point your mouse in it and press CTRL + V on your keyboard.
Edit: my suspicion right now lies on a falty ram stick which Win8 is disabling (similar to chipkill, but on the whole stick)
