Maybe reserved for your onboard graphic chip?

Wdym?
Looking around the Internet for your issue gave me a possible reason. Check that your motherboard is compatible with the ram sticks you have. If you can post your exact brand and models of both the motherboard and the memory you have, some here may even do that search for you.

Here's a toms Hardware thread about it.

Sure, your issue could always be something else, but this looks like a good starting point to check.

Another check to do. Right click on your start menu icon. From there, select "run" and type msconfig on the box that pops up. At the msconfig window, go to the "Boot" tab and click the "Advanced Options" button. Make sure the "Maximum Memory" checkbox there is uncheched. If it's checked, uncheck it and reboot.

When you say "identical ram stick" do you mean you got more ram of the same brand and type as what you had on the motherboard?

We could still use your brand and model of both the motherboard and the ram. Maybe another user here knows about something affecting those pieces of hardware in particular.
^yeah, now you gotta check if that RAM model is on the compatibility list of your mobo, which we still dont know the model.

It is cause it detects the ram but dont use it. It also use the another one which is the same model
Post your complete computer specs.
If you don't know what your motherboard is, download a program called CPU Z. https://www.cpuid.com/ This program will tell you, among a BUNCH of other things, the brands on your motherboard, CPU and ram. Like rotNdude said, please post as much of this info as you can. We cannot really be of much help without this info.

This isn't the mobo. This is the CPU. What we need is the brand AND model of the motherboard. As in, the large computer board where everything is attached to. As said before, you can get this info by using CPU Z.
970A-g439(ms-7693) manufactured by msi

is this it?

Yup. Checking. Though my Internet connection at this hour is pretty crappy. SO this may take a while or I may drop. Still, others can now check if your posted ram is indeed compatible with this.

Hmm. Can you pull more specifics bout the ram? "Kingston HyperX" is not the name of a single thing. Again, you can get this info through CPU Z. This time in the SPD tab. Please give us the "Part Number" displayed there. That's the exact and specific name of your memory.

The mobo itself, a 970A G43, comes in two flavors. Regular and "PLUS". An Internet search doesn't give me any hit with the number 9 on it after G43, so I'll assume OP's board is just one of many iterations of the G43. I've got this from the MSI website's G43 section.
