ReactOS uses a lot of code from WINE, and running apps in WINE on LInux can be a huge pain in the butt especially if they rely on other dependencies such as DirectX.
So I'll just stick to running my games on wine and booting into my windows partition if I have to
15 years ago React OS was an exciting proposition. But I feel the idea has hinged on the speed of developers and financial support, right now I can’t see why React OS is a better system?
You could just run Windows
You could just run Windows, (And where is the Privacy Pro edition?)
Or you could run Linux? With it’s superior compatibility support and entire ecosystem.
I also can’t see why a product developer would support such a legacy platform?
I sadly don’t think users are going to install an OS.
Not currently supported? Current internet browsers, current printers, current graphics cards, current productivity suites, current games?
