What model is your power supply?
masterwatts650(PSCMMPX-6501-AMAAB)
BTW sombody from my friend has the exact same PC we ordered same time and he has no problems
It sounds like a overheating issue or a PSU issue, but your PSU is a tier 3 so it should be okay but might still be defective if you're not overheating.
Well, that's not the worst psu, but definitely not quite what you would want to have paired with GTX 1080Ti and 8700K.
Your friend might just be lucky with their psu, he could get the same problems later.
Or if it's a heat issue, it's simply because their house/room is cooler.
im not sure but in the game i played i had fps limit 200
but i play Overwatch with 300 fps limit and my gpu usage is 36%-4X%
i put the pc somwhere its cooler now but that doesnt stop the problem
Does the pc suddenly turn off or do you just get a black screen?
No but the game crashes
and then i restart game ;/
Ok i dont think its gpu's problem because now it was 50% and then it crashed(thegame) the memory reached 2907
jonnyguru rates a different masterwatt model at 6.5/10 for power control performance.
edit:
Another comment for a 750W review says that it has "some pretty high ripple on all rails". If so the result will be a gpu crash when running at high load.

^^ this all is normal right ?
i might repsond very late
Yes. I have the same card. Underclocking reduces the load on the psu.
What happens is that as the load on the cpu and gpu increase the power usage increases as well. On low quality psus this causes the power to fluctuate (known as ripple) which causes the gpu to crash.
Take your time. I might not be able to check back for 12 hours or so.
ok i for first time played with full best settings and never crashed i was using 60-99% gpu usage
and cpu 35%-4X%
Wow lol so do i have to always use silent mode or should i upgrade my PSU
These pre builds are bound to have issues such crashes or similar events. Another reason why i prefer if you build it on your own.
