how often i should defrag my pc?

for now i do it every 3 days 5 days

once a month, or every 2 weeks should be plenty.
Really should only be done when major changes are done to the drive, such as installing or uninstalling a large game.

This, switch it back to automatic and forget about it. I have not worried about it for like 10 years.

but im never idle (afk) on pc,i mean i turn it on,use it and when im not using it i turn it off

Once a month is plenty, back in the dark ages I usually did it once in two months and HDDs were way smaller back then.

If you have it turned off then just defrag when it needs doing. It’s easy enough to check. No point it doing it several times a month if it doesn’t need doing, otherwise your just shortening life of it

Is it posible to know when the hdd ll die or any possible way to know the hdd hp (or whatever measurement is used for hardrive health)?

You can check it's SMART status which tracks how many errors the drive has encountered.

It can be read in various ways, the easiest one is using software such as CrystalDiskInfo.

because you haven't experienced it. once you go SSD you don't go back. SSDs are getting cheaper everyday.
