To compare compatibility or performance?
PC part picker for compatibility.
To see what hardware perform the best I usually just type in google .. Example: RX 580 vs GTX 1060 .. In google, i think it's cpu benchmark the site is called that always pops up, both when comparing GPU and CPU's, it's very good information for figuring out the best bang for your buck if you're not from the US. You can't really trust build guides on youtube and so on if you're not from the US, since prices can be VERY different, so it's a good idea to compare parts yourself with the prices in your region.
