Call of Duty: Warzone FPS/Stutters (18/06/20)
Ever since the update that was released with the passing free multiplayer weekend for players was released, Ive had nothing but issues with the game causing it to scale to 66% everytime i open it, it runs itself in Fullscreen Borderless all the time instead of Fullscreen, and I even had gone back and Updated windows, Ive scanned and repaired files, Ive re downloaded / reinstalled the game, ( also again scan and repaired, ) I have also already done Drivers updates for my GPU. I have sufficient ram. and my temps are all very normal (65* CPU/ 63* GPU)

As for what I am running
Storage: 2 Adata SU630s (One is C:/. strictly os) (Other is a storage SSD)
Storage: 1 M.2 PCie Western Digital Black SN570 (Currently what Warzone is installed on.)
MOBO: ROG STRIX B450-F
RAM: Corsair Vengeance 32gb (4 X 8GB) 3200 MHz
CPU: AMD Ryzen 5 3600 (6C/12T) 35mb Cache
GPU: Nvidia Geforce RTX 2060S 8GB GDDR6 VRAM
PSU: EVGA 700 80+ Bronze (Yeah this could be better but is not the issue)
Cooling: Stock CPU Cooler (Stealth Wraith AMD Cooler)
Cooling: x5 AF120MM x1 SF120mm (Corsair)

Now quite usually I am the person to fiddle with settings, files, programs, etc. and I have just exhausted my personal 'know how' for the issues I am coming across, Does anyone have any suggestions or answers/fixes?

1. delete adv_options file (from docs/cod/players)
2. open the game
3. set your vid settings back again and hit apply
4. after u hit apply, with the game opened in the background open my docs/cod/players and make read only on config/config-numbers/and adv options
5. restart the game and it will work
6. in the menu screen (before you hit warzone) it will still show 60 fps but once u hit warzone it`ll be exactly as u set it

I had this problem also and this is the only fix I managed to discover to make my game work
