MSI Mystic Light issue after reinstalling windows 10

I have a question regarding my monitor. It's the Msi Mag Optix MAG272CQR. It has the mystic light rgb lights at the back, but I noticed they dont shine anymore. Ive only had it for like 2 months or less. When I go into settings it says the rgb led is turned on, but it just doesnt shine. I highly doubt the leds are dead after that little time, ive installed the driver to try and fix it too and it didnt work, has anyone got a clue what it could be?

IDK if this will help you but Ill add this because it could be relevant. I have MSI mystic light on my GPU (RTX 2080 TI) and after the 2004 update for Windows 10 it was reset to factory settings. I had to go back into MSI Mysticlight software to set it to what it used to be.

Thanks for the suggestion, funnily enough all it took was unplugging the power cable then plugging it back in lol

Are you using the mystic light stand alone app or are you using dragon center?
