Laptop making loud huffing and puffing sounds...

My laptop makes loud "huffing" and "puffing" sounds every 10 seconds or so.

Anything to worry about?

careful it might blow your house down. when was the last time you clean your laptop? fans could be clogged up with dust.

can be a few things

battery pack puffing, from overheating, overcharge, undercharge or just bad cells
fans
speakers (game/browser sounds), hit mute to see if it quits

what laptop brand/model?

Fully cleaned (fan etc) April 2019

over a year ago, try cleaning it again
3-6mo is about the limit

It's sitting right around a temperature area that just happens to be where the fan curve is set to change rpms. Not much you can do about it.
