won a gaming pc from a giveaway, please help me determine if it's good

Hello, I just won a gaming PC in a giveaway, and while I don't know much about computers, I was given the specs sheet from the guy who gave me the PC. copy/pasted, it's here:

CPU: AMD Ryzen 7 3700X 3.6 GHz 8-Core Processor
Motherboard: Asus TUF GAMING X570-PLUS (WI-FI) ATX AM4 Motherboard
Memory: G.Skill Ripjaws V 16 GB (2 x 8 GB) DDR4-3600 Memory
Storage: HP EX920 1 TB M.2-2280 NVME Solid State Drive
Video Card: EVGA GeForce RTX 2080 SUPER 8 GB XC GAMING Video Card
Power Supply: BitFenix Whisper M 750 W 80+ Gold Certified Fully Modular ATX Power Supply

Can it run games at 1080p 60 fps since that's what my monitor is at? If not I'll probably just sell this for 500 bucks and buy a better pc. since my current one is 200 bucks and I don't want to plug in the giveaway PC in yet in case it's bad and not worth it. Thanks for the help.

The machine is a beast. That GPU alone is worth a lot more then $500. This is a ~$1250 machine.

It's one of the best single-GPU gaming PCs you can build. It will easily run anything on ultra even at high resolutions.

they won't connect with eachother, you can pair 2 RTX 2080 Ti or 2 TITAN RTX though. btw, if you sold that, you'd probably get $1500 out of it, not 500.

This is pretty crazy. I just built a PC a few months ago, and it's almost exactly this. My hard drive is a little bigger, and I have the 3800X. Besides that, and the brand of a part or two, this is essentially the exact same PC I just built.

This is an awesome PC. Pick up a good monitor to play it on. Don't cheap out either. The whole PC was free, so there's no reason to skimp out on a monitor. Get a really good one.

Honestly, ignore everything Kurumi said and says for the foreseeable future. This is a great system.

Are you trolling or are you seriously that inept with more money than sense? Nobody needs a freaking 10900X and Titan RTX to play games. Most games you can play on an R3 3100 and RX 570 without problems.
