Just don't forget an i9-7980XE thrown in for good measure as space heater!
Probably won't be enough to Crossfire AND overclock +50% PL on the Vega 64.
It's 295W card without overclocking. I wouldnt touch it without 1000W good quality PSU and 800W is usually not sign of good quality, most good brands use 750 and 850 not more obscure 800.

If OP puts both Vega 64's on their power-saving mode, it might work. But if he's already spending $1200+ on a pair of Vega 64 gpus, why not spend some more and get a power supply with the recommended wattage? Get a pair of Vega 56's, you'll lose around 10% performance from the 64, but recommended wattage for Crossfired Vega 56's is 850W. That's a much smaller risk.
OP what is the make and model of your power supply?
If not, don't buy them, the Vega 64 is a really bad deal at full price.
And 2 of them, I'd want a 1000w PSU to be on the safe side as they can easily pull over 300w each, but you would be much better off with a single 1080ti.
This is from someone who has sli 1080ti, but is currently using a Vega 64 as the Ti's have waterblocks on them waiting for a new build to be finished.
If you do really want to go with Vega 64, and in xfire. I'd make sure you allow the funds to watercool them both, as they run hot or very loud at stock before you even look at overclocking them.
But if you have it, you know how hot and loud they run, add in xfire and I'd say you almost need watercooling just so you can hear yourself think, but then there's the fact that xfire support is worse than sli, and sli isn't exactly outstanding currently.
I would check carefully if the games you are interested in have support or not for xfire.
Also, what it's the rest of your system like, including what Res you are playing at?
Xfire makes even less sense than sli.
