I remember OEM license came as triplets (you pay $X and received three licenses). My question is, you can buy from Windows store one OEM key?

yes you can

Do you have a link? I cannot find the option in Windows store for my country.

This may help you a bit. I'm not sure if they have a Spanish translation, but I am pretty sure this will be helpful.

well that I think is retail. But as registrated seller you have more options with different prices. I think the PC store I'm connected to, buying bulks of 500 pieces for 1500€.

Your PC manufacturer was Razor...they are a subsidiary of NVIDIA. If you register your license key with a Microsoft account, you will be able to activate again after a major hardware change so long as you use that account to activate it. It has actually been implemented since Build 1607 (the Anniversary Update). Before then you had to activate your account by using the product key each time you did a major hardware change like the OP did.

I have no PC manufacturer. I just use a Razor Keyboard. Its a custom build PC which I build on my own. Would be sad for an enthusiat and a builder that does this for money as sidejob to not build his PC on its own.

Which I already told you you could have know if you had any idea. No Prebuil company uses velcro cable ties. And without customizing on your won a Sentry 3 Fan controller does not fit into a MasterCase as the sides are not long enough to get hold in place. There is no way to make stay in place.

Also I dont want to create an account tho I have an activated license which is fully functional. I just use one of the OEM license I would normally use for PC when ppl order a PC from me.

PS I dont know why you think Razer has something to do with Nvidia...nor that razer or nvidia would build PC's

nope it didnt.

You just install it and choose to activate it later. Once on desktop you activate it by entering a key and it is done. No entering anything.

I don't need the translation. But I'm afraid that you can't buy directly to Microsoft if you're not a preinstaller (not sure if you need a special license or certificate as it use to be).

So yes, you can buy from a reseller an OEM key and your Windows will work as any retail one. Buy yet again, the OEM license are intended to be shipped in fully functional computer (as it is in laptops). If you have a rig and want to install a "legal" Windows, your only option is the retail.

Long story short, Microsoft main revenue comes from business machines. The home users are just needed to keep the other market captive. So, buying a retail license, an OEM license or just using a non activated Windows is the same for them.

then look at my link and you see that this is the public store to buy a license at overpriced prices. Thats directly the Microsoft sotre offering you everything Microsoft has. And as everybody can access it and order there its not a store just for professional builders.

Don't get mad with me. I just wanted to make my point. It has been long time ago since I left Windows as my main OS (and even as gaming), so my question was completely retorical.

yeah so comment and go into a discussion with ppl and try to correct while saying at the end your question where rethorical and you actually have no idea about that whole topic because you not using new windows versions anyway (XP is hardly consiredable as new).

you say you cant buy as normal person buy a license from windows directly. You can. you can even buy boxed versions of OEM WIndows 10 in major electronic stores (at least the countries I know). you where provided with links to back up all our claims and still try to argue about something you say yourself doesnt use on your own anway.

Why?

Sorry to say, you're not making a point you just challanging every proof provided for rethoric questions?

Long story short: Plenty ways to legally get windwos 10 for cheap even for free by microsoft itself.

Starting with win 8, the OEM license specifically includes a clause called "personal use license" that explicitly permits retail customers to install and run OEM System Builder software - pretty much to prevent the confusion that an OEM license is "illegal" to purchase / use as discussed in this thread.

For what its worth, really all you need to do to rectivate on a new machine is to follow those instructions givein in the link I provided. If that fails, please contact Microsoft's support team. If you want a valid and relaible vender for a didgitally licensed product key for Windows 10 Pro if Microsoft's support system fails you , I would really recommend Staples or any other office supply store licensed to distribute Windows 10. Create an account there so it is easier to contact support if things go wrong.

I have been always talking about OEM licenses. The problem is that you think that giving examples of places to buy a OEM key is synonim of legality, when it's not. The real answer (or the one that I would have expected) is Talby answer.

Well that's new for me. I researched and found that "personal use license" is a new tipe of license that allows you to install by yourself. But it's odd to find this on Microsoft Page:

引用自 Windows system builder licensing for personal use
If you are building a system for your personal use or installing an additional operating system in a virtual machine, you will need to purchase a full version of Windows 10, available in FPP. Windows 10, Windows 8.1, and Windows 7 system builder software does not permit personal use, and is intended only for preinstallation on customer systems that will be sold to end users.*

https://dpcenter.microsoft.com/en/Windows/License/cp-Windows-system-builder-licensing-for-personal-use

It's me or they allowed OEM license direct purchase in W8/PRO but not anymore?
