Contacting the OP gave me a clearer picture of the form factor involved and the proprietary nature of the user's system. Care to explain who pointed out that information? It certainly wasn't your 5 Star Hotel experience that drew you to try that, otherwise you probably would have.
And the OP linked what his case was like. The rest is pretty easy from experience, you however, didn't know what a low profile card was.
You do not need a totally brand new system, you just need a PSU, a motherboard, and a GPU. If you want to use the old GPU in the new system, you can. That way you can save up to buy a newer GPU in the future.
The current system is not an advisable platform to use a new GPU on in your case because it is a hybrid between Laptop and Micro ATX...and is very much proprietary to the manufacturer's own non-standandard form factor. If you have problems with that PSU, you will have a lot of issues trying to upgrade it or replace it because of its generally propriatery nature. That is to say, should something go worng, you wuill need to replace it with another exactly same PSU.
That being said, going the route I have advised you on in chat is your best chance for future expandability. With the newer board and PSU, if something oges wrong with the PSU, you will be able to swap it out with any other PSU of the same kind...from pretty much any brand you please. The form fgactor I have made a parts list of for you earlier in the thread isdesigned to allo w for better headroom expansion with a Mid-sized ATX PC tower.
The upgrade is actually easy. You order the parts you need immediuately, and then, if you do not mind waiting, can get a newer...if not better... GPU than the GTX1050ti later.
The option to do so is up to you..I can only show you the door, you are the one who decides if you should walk through it.
I made little picture for you, tell me what which number do you think it is for the case you found, with that IPIEL-LA3 motherboard.

This, so much this ^
My recommendation is to stay clear of Sir Edmund's advice.
Anyway...The most expensive part of azll this is your video card upgrade that is at minimum $134.99
