" Xbox one project scorpion " aka XboxOneX is totally different story. Its GPU in over 4X more powerfull than both above models. Has 6 Tflops of floating point performance. Equivalent to Radeon RX 580. Has native 4k support. Set to be released end of this year. Cost $499.

Yes, it's called a dynamic setting where graphical quality slightly nerfs at times to maintain a steady FPS.
You might get points in the game where you're playing on PC's low, ultralow settings to keep a 30fps.

Price to pay for native 4k gaming on a console.

Nope, from what i read, x one x will have gpu similar to rx 580 which is much better than yours, also console games are always better optimized.

There are PCs and then there are consoles. It really doesn't matter which has better hardware, it's all about the games you want to play.
