Many games just aren't on Consoles, so there is that factor too.

But I feel I ca not play all games and there's some frame rate drops but on Xbox I can play every game at the same as everyone and on multiplayer there's no spec advantages

Your PC can run any game. It will be better to invest $500 in a new GPU then in a Xbox one X.

The CPU is still solid for at least a couple more years. Your GPU is the bottleneck in your system.

Your GPU is already working at 100% your CPU isn't, get a faster GPU so you can better utilize the power of your i7.

if you use the SSD for Windows it is really worth it your boot times will be short and the PC will run much smoother no more "this progam is not responding". But a SSD will not give you a single FPS in games.

The jump from 1050 ti to 1060 isn't that big get a 1070 instead. A 1070 is still cheaper then a Xbox one X

your PC is better than Xbox One and Ps4, but it's not better than ''Ps4 pro'' or ''Xbox one X'',

''PS4 pro'' GPU is 1.5x Faster and ''Xbox One X'' GPU is 2x Faster than your current PC.

But in terms of CPU, your PC is better.

One X = Scorpio.

There is the "S" and then there is the "X"
But yes basically the old XboxOne that is not one of these, is rather low end.
X version is a modified S. Slight change in specs.
And again please stop saying Xbox has 12GB VRAM; it does not. It is 12GB total RAM, shared as both RAM and VRAM, as needed. Like how any iGPU would use system RAM as VRAM.
