What's the difference between OC edition and normal edition of gpu?

And I also wanna know what's the difference between having 1 fan on gpu and two fans on gpu?.

The cooler and the PCB may be different. For example, Founder Edition, Turbo and certain low end model like EVGA Superclocked use the same PCB as NVIDIA FE. Gigabyte G1 doesn't.

High end model like EVGA FTW, Gigabyte Aorus, ASUS ROG Strix etc. use custom PCB.

Limited top end model like EVGA KINGPIN or KAF2 HoF LE use even more custom PCB.

So, the card isn't exactly the same.

I'm thinking of buying gigabyte gt1050ti oc edition ..is it good?

For low end card I doubt you would see much different. Get the cheaper one.
