Half matte/Low haze IPS.
I'm look for IPS monitor with low haze for $250 also one good black level.

Last one try was BenQ GW2480 but send it back using wrong matte finish look too grainy conpare to my laptop screen and cause lot eye stress that it was uncomfortable.

I have an HP 25F, a 1080p 75hz IPS screen. it has a "low haze" 2% matte finish. It has ruined other monitors for me. I recently got a BenQ EX2780Q, a 1440p 144hz IPS, and still prefer the HP to it. Kinda sucks that my $150 monitor blows my $400 one away. The only downsides to the HP is a big of backlight bleed in the lower left corner, and only being 75hz.

Yeah I have same problem with my laptop screen 1080p IPS glossy screen make matte look blurry I hope low haze can nearly as sharp. (Thank to luck it only got 50% SRGB and 45% NTSC). I'm going check out HP 25F i'm fine 60/75 hz as my laptop gpu can't even get that in new games. I have no plans of upgrade because I wait for PS5.

Also not to worry about BLB as that is risk for all brands. But are you sure it BLB and not IPS glow that they phone to get with cheaper one.
