Honestly, a keyboard is a keyboard. All that really changes is how the keys feel when you press them. And as for mice, Corsair has some nice ones. Even their cheaper ones feel good in the hand and have well-place thumb buttons.
So you're moving to products where the software doesn't even work?
Works so far.
It works but GHUB sucks in comparison to LGS.
Takes longer to do anything.
Requires 2 screens to see and bind buttons for the G502 where as LGS has mouse on an angle so you can see ALL buttons on a single image
It looks flashy but not efficient. 7 images/games when selecting profile and making certain edits. 7 games and the left/right arrow moves 1 at a time. Not 7, 1. I have over 50 games I had profiles for if I wanted to edit the 50th I'd have to click the next arrow 44 times just to get to it.
Edit a profile and stop and it'll revert to desktop/default. I'm checking screenshots I had to take from LGS because I can't import G502 wired profiles and have them work on G502 Lightspeed so need to set them manually. Or it does it for other reasons.
There is no export/import local profiles. You have to upload each profile one by one and download them one by one. I had over 50 profiles on LGS and a simple export all and import all if I was to do a fresh windows install. Can't be done with GHUB
Can't change the low battery LED warning's colour. It's RED and just RED. I had red for some games thus a RED warning is meaningless. 16+ million colour options yet we can't specific RED as low battery warning would mean nothing.
To check battery you have o go from main page to another, click a tab, then the device. You can't click the device on main page as that takes you elsewhere. You can't click at the top because that takes you elsewhere.
LGS you can set your colours, buttons AND set the .exe for automatic profile switching on the same page. You can't in GHUB. You have to go to binding/colour/sensitivity then back to main page, then another page. From their it's constantly spam the right arrow one at a time to locate your game. then you can set the .exe link and other stuff.
Still no right click menu. mouse has so many buttons and Logitech still hasn't implemented a right click menu. Once again software made to look all pretty with poor productivity.
I described all that and more when I beta tested GHUB. Some has improved but none of that and it's been released for years. Sure there is more I could highlight but I set 3 profiles for my Mouse and Keyboard and uninstalled it. Makes life easier as I no longer mess around setting up profiles on a per game basis.
Logitech ghub is my entrance to macro
It fail miserably i wont try other macro
Unfortunately, it's not compatible with the G502 X, which is what I have.
