Logitech Precision Gamepad gets down axis stuck
Hey!
I'm trying to configure my Logitech Precision G-UG15 Gamepad to play Steam Games, but whenever I press a key, the down axis gets locked and I have to unplug the gamepad to do anything else...

I've downloaded the Logitech configuration software, and the direction pad run smoothly in every direction, so I'm pretty sure it's a problem with steam...

Can anyone help me??

Late post so not sure if original poster still needs this answer, but just posting in case anyone had the same issue, here was my solution:

When you go to Define layout in controller settings for the first time, the down axis does get stuck as soon as you press a direction making it difficult to control in the menu, but once you are able to bind Left Stick X and Left stick Y and save, the problem will go away.

So when you're defining the layout, first try to assign all your buttons first. After that, try assigning the Left stick X and Y and this is when the down axis will start going crazy. try repeatedly clicking on Left stick X and then Left or right on the D-Pad until it's able to bind Axis 0 to Left stick X. Then, do the same thing for Left stick Y and press up or down until you're able to get it to bind to Axis 1. After that, you should be able to press "Y" (Tertiary action) on your gamepad to Save since that button was already bound first. Then once saved, the problem should go away.

I'm not currently playing any game that requires a controller, but when I do I'll be sure to try that out and if it works I'll post it here. Thank you!
