THANK YOU!
I am thinking to get this one below instead my initial thought then - same price but not touch screen and not "2 in 1":
Dell G3 15
9th Generation Intel® Core™ i7-9750H (12MB Cache, up to 4.5 GHz, 6 cores)
NVIDIA® GeForce® GTX 1660 Ti with Max-Q Design, 6GB GDDR6
16GB, 2x8GB, DDR4, 2666MHz
256GB M.2 PCIe NVMe Solid State Drive (Boot) + 1TB 5400 rpm 2.5" SATA Hard Drive (Storage)
15.6 inch FHD (1920 x 1080) 300 nits IPS Anti-Glare LED Backlit Display with 144Hz refresh rate
Windows 10 Home, 64-bit, English
What size should the notebook have?
You want to look at a notebook similiar to this one: https://www.lenovo.com/ch/en/laptops/ideapad/l-series/IdeaPad-L340-15IRH-Gaming/p/88IPL301161
My recommendation for a gaming notebook:
CPU: i7-8750H / i7-9750H
GPU: GTX 1650 or better
RAM: 16 GB in Dual-Channel configuration
Screen: 1080p, 144Hz with AdaptiveSync
The Ryzen 4000H Series processor notebooks will be released soon. They offer very good performance at a very attractive price. I highly recommend to wait for the release of these notebooks.

Thank you so much for all this input guys. It made me realised I was not buying the right thing for what I want.
I will use the specs here above and will be getting the last one I posted the Dell G3 15. It has same things , I guess one or two a bit above but it look great and good price for all this technology.
Thanks again for all of you who helped me !
This is much better laptop. Buy this one instead.
I highly recommend a model which monitor supports GSync. A GSync compatible monitor is worth the additional fee.

and together I am buying this monitor:

Will you mainly use your notebook in combination with the external monitor? Why are you not buying a desktop PC instead? It's cheaper and offers better performance.
(thanks for the tip about editing ! :D )
its usually why people wants laptop, to be able to jam games and be mobile for work
It's also a replacement notebook. You already own one and that might offer enough power for office tasks.
Just food for thought.
One serious weakness of a notebook in gaming use is heat -- it has no space inside to take it away so it is restricted to lower freq, throttling and fan noise through the roof under the load.
Some of that can be mitigated using external GPU. It might be a good idea to research that direction before the buy.
