GPU squealing noise through headphones

I can only hear it when the GPU is well-loaded, like in games if I turn off all the sound. And only if the headphones are plugged in front 3.5m port (there's ones on the back of PC case, no problem out there).

No PCI-E sound cards, mobo is Dell 0KWVT8. Problem persists after changing GPU.

You sure it's the GPU and not the PSU? If it's an actual squeal, that isn't a good sign because it could be capacitor squealing. I would change the PSU immediately, as squealing is often an indicator of impending failure or other electrical issues.

So there's no way I can fix it myself?

Use the rear audio ports. If need be, buy a 3.5mm male to female extension cable.
