MSI B450M Mortar Max Motherboard
https://www.amazon.co.uk/gp/product/B07WC6LLB6/ref=ox_sc_act_title_1?smid=A3P5ROKL5A1OLE&psc=1

So regarding my PC upgrade, and keep on changing my mind about what to get, is this a good board for the following specs:
Ryzen 5 3600
GTX 1660ti
16GB RAM 3000mhz
4 Fans in total.
(Regarding PSU not too sure)

Don't you already have a B450 motherboard? You can just update BIOS with the CPU (iirc 2600X) you have already and leave the board alone, so why waste money? The MAX boards only have newer BIOS out of the box to offer over older revisions, you don't actually need it when upgrading from one AM4 chip to a newer one.

Sure, the Mortar is a fine board and the Max-branded boards are guaranteed to ship with an updated BIOS.

I haven't upgraded the PC yet, still stuck with my A320 m-k board lol. I intended to upgrade on Christmas but I did think that was a bit early for a PC less than half a year old so I am waiting for my birthday.

Ouch. Then yeah. Get away from A320.

Though AMD's B550 chipset is coming out within the next month or two according to AMD, which will basically just be updated B550 spec with full PCI-e 4.0 support for Ryzen 3000. Probably worth waiting for the B550 Tomahawk or B550M Mortar.

Within a few months B550 boards will release.

Mhm but with this whole Coronavirus tituation going on I dont want to end up spending too much, once this board gets back into stock I plan to buy it as soon as I can so I can just get it out of the way, as I still have all the CPU, GPU and PSU to buy

B550 will mostly cannibalise the sales and production of B450, so it'll likely end up being the same price as what B450s are right now
Again, B550 has PCI-e 4.0 support, which is just nice to have. Currently very niche and expensive but it will eventually change.

Hopefully, but there is less than 3 months less till I finally get the upgrade done, so what I guess I can do is buy the R5 3600 first and leave the Motherboard to last to see what happens with the B550 boards

It's expected to be released in conjunction with the Ryzen 3 3100X and 3300X which is supposedly coming between May and June. It's not actually going to be much different than B450, it's mostly going to be the same except for PCI-e 4.0 support

When they add new chipsets they barely change anything. X370 and X470 are virtually identical, X570 is only a little bit different. Being that B chipsets are intended as more budget~mainstream range, they aren't going to be anything remarkable like X570 save for a few models like the Tomahawk models have always been. It really depends if you want to pass up PCI-e 4.0 support, which while it's not particularly useful right now for the majority of users, could be more useful in a few years when prices for Gen4 lower.

Also one last thing as I didn't mention PSU, I've been looking around on Amazon and this has come to my interest: https://www.amazon.co.uk/Corsair-CP-9020133-UK-TX550M-Power-Supply/dp/B06WW8G3S8/ref=sr_1_4?crid=TJY65VWEB9LJ&dchild=1&keywords=600w%2B80%2Bplus%2Bgold&qid=1587818749&sprefix=600w%2B%2Caps%2C181&sr=8-4&th=1
I know PSU's are very important so i just want to make sure this is a wise decision, I want something that will last at least 4-5 years+
