Computer Crashes
Hello, my computer been crashing a lot when I play Fortnite but not other games. The computer freezes then go on a black screen and it restarts itself. It did crash on another game but I forgot which game

My computer specs:

i7-9700KF
16GB DDR4 3200
AsRock Radeon VII 16GB
Motherboard Asus Tuf Z390M Wifi
Gskill 750 Watts Gold Fully Modular

Could it be the motherboard, gpu, or psu that are going bad?

Thanks

Probably the GPU and/or PSU. Radeon VII has a lot of issues including drivers, and G.Skill I wouldn't trust for PSUs
If you run any benchmarks, does it crash/restart?
(CPU and GPU at the same time, since one part won't produce enough load for the PSU.)

Have you tried re-installing drivers? (Or wiping with DDU?)

Have you reinstalled Fortnite to see if it's an issue with the game?
How many times has it happened? how often?

I haven't tried reinstalling the drivers and fortnite was just downloaded yesterday.
Change all the Win10 TDR settings. They've always been set way too low in that OS by default. This greatly affects how gpu is handled such as the driver ability to reatart, etc.

Overall it's also just a very crappy unstable game. Everything that uses Epic game store client is unstable due to the actual client software.

Try limiting the game fps via MSI Afterburner + RTSS
I think the new AMD driver may have fix the issue.

Thank you for the help.
