Is every GPU compatible with my PC?
Currently on a GT 1030 GDDR5 and I hav a Lenovo ThinkCentre m91p.
lately I have been thinking about upgrading to a gtx 1650 Super which is GDDR6 but I dont know if it will be compatible with my system.

Does it make a differnce in compatibility if its GDDR5 or GDDR6?

Rest of the specs: i5-2400 (It will get bottlenecked a bit, I know)
8GB DDR3 RAM 800MHz
Motherboard: Lenovo 7034AV2

thank you in advance! :)

Edit 1: Forgot to mention, sorry!
i have a 600W PSU
and i dont have a SFF Case
this is what my case looks like: https://www.bing.com/images/search?view=detailV2&id=1E9A95ED764E27C27AEB9C4F6CABF03B51FD5C68&thid=OIP.nfhlz_WqFnlmG0fJJpii1wHaHa&mediaurl=https%3A%2F%2Fwww.bhphotovideo.com%2Fimages%2Fimages1000x1000%2Flenovo_10al000xus_thinkcentre_m83_mini_1149309.jpg&exph=1000&expw=1000&q=m91p&selectedindex=3&ajaxhist=0&vt=0&eim=1

But measurements aside: Are there any requirements my system has to meet, so the GPU can work?

Just the PSU.

Most PSUs that come with pre-built systems are utter trash, so don't expect it to last long with even a decent GPU.

It is least common that it get maxed load, but it will failed at maxed load as I found this one. https://www.techpowerup.com/review/rasurbo-rapm550/6.html
I am sorry but I have no idea what it says on that website xd
This tells how well they can respond to load and recovered.
Oh wow.. how much Watt can it handle then?

80% load, about 450 watts. It is not better for a startup at a 20% load either.
Damn it.. So I guess it will be close to being full-load whilst running a gtx 1650 super on it huh..

No, not even close.
The 1650 is a 75w card. (Sometimes pulling slightly more.)
And your CPU won't pull that much.
You won't even reach half the capacity of the PSU.

Edit ; My bad, I didn't see the Super part.

No it shouldn't even be close to 300~400W, even under load. The problem isn't the amount of power itself, it's just that the PSU quality is far from ideal and may experience a failure given its age.

People who know their stuff abide by tier lists, where they won't use anything below a certain tier depending on the hardware that needs to be powered.

As I said, max load is the least common. It might say 400 watts on the GPU, but that is a suggestion. It is probably 330 watts usage in PC itself, but it is good to have a room of margin.

1650S has a TDP of 100W, the i5-2400 has a TDP of 95W. The combined power consumption under load shouldn't even reach 300W unless he has a lot of other components in the system drawing power and the 1650S is overclocked manually.

1650S usually doesn't even draw its TDP of 100W under gaming loads, it's a VERY efficient design.

The GPU is 350W and the CPU 95W which adds up to a total of 445W out of ~520 = 85% Usage

100W?! No way!

They RECOMMEND a 350W PSU for the 1650S, it doesn't pull more than 100W in most situations.
Oh my god, my bad. the suggested PSU for this GPU is 350W.

TDP and recommended PSU are two different things entirely. They recommend a 350W PSU for the entire system, not the GPU alone. The only gaming GPU from NVIDIA (At least from this generation) that pulls 350W is the 2080 Ti (usually when manually overclocked).

Yeah, got it thanks! So it should be no problem running this system on the PSU, right? It surely is bad considering the fact that it doesnt use 100% which it should, but it will use about 50-60% of its capacity, right?
