PC freezing after overclocking
2 days ago I was looking into overclocking my gpu. I made sure I knew what I was doing before starting, I used msi afterburner to do it. Once I got to +80 on my clock speed my pc froze while using msi kombuster, so I had to restart my pc multiple times to get back into it. I reset all msi afterburner settings to default yet I’m still getting freezes that make me need to restart my pc. These freezes aren’t always frequent as I went the whole day yesterday without a freeze. I really hope there’s a fix for this.

Also, im trying to reinstall fortnite after doing a full system reset last night. When it gets to the verifying stage at the end of the install, my pc freezes...

I would try removing Afterburner entirely and using DDU to completely clean out GPU drivers, just to remove the possibility of software-related issues with the GPU itself.

Check bios if there’s any leftover.

I just reset my bios to default settings. Only change in bios now is xmp enabled. So far no crashes
