Surface Pro X
i have a surface pro x and games live civ 6, warframe, and jurassic evolution wont highlight the install button to install the game. keeps saying error invalid platform. Why wont this work?

The Surfuce Pro X is an ARM machine. Steam and games are made for x86. 32bit applications made for x86 seem to usually run fine on this machine, 64bit ones do not from what I can gather online.

As others has said, the Surface Pro X is proprietary hardware, so you will have limited software available. The Pro 7 with Intel would probably run those games, alternatively, buy a computer not a tablet.

for those that have surface pro X... the SPX has emulation for 32-bit and 64-bit but requires access to the program details to change how the SPX emulates the Program. Unfortunately the SPX has no direct X compatibly as of this post. it the game requires DirectX its not going to run on Arm 64 architecture.
