how do i set a animated wallpaper windows 10?

i dont have money for wallpaper engine right now and i have found a way of having an animted wallpaper through desktophut but my gpu usage sometimes goes to 100% and i have got a 1050ti is there any other way of doing it without having my gpu usage high?
