Mouse lagging when moving fast (any game)

Hello.
Recently i have a problem with my mouse.

My mouse is lagging when im moving it too fast.
First i thought it is fault of my mouse (Zowie S2 Divina Pink) soo i bought a new one (Zowie S1 Divina Pink) but it didn't help me.
Then i thought that it is maybe fault of my mousepad, soo i tried HyperX mousepad and i even bought Zowie G-SR-SE Divina Pink, but it didn't help me aswell.
Then i tried without mousepad, on clean surface and problem disappeared.
I have m_rawinput 1
I don't have any idea what's the problem.
I will even try to wash my mousepads tomorrow soo maybe that will fix it
If you have that problem or had please let me know how to fix it.

Games can act weird with extreme framerates. Try limiting it via RTSS.

I dunno, I've done up to ~500 FPS in CSGO and not had an issue.

Though, no harm in trying I guess.

Make sure the sensor is clean for starters.
Disable Windows mouse acceleration (don't touch the sensitivity slider.)
Make sure the mouse is on the highest polling rate (1,000hz iirc.)
And yeah, if your mousepad isn't clean, clean it. (Warm water and soap, leave to dry on a flat surface.)

Done all from above, right now waiting for my mousepad to dry off, and we will see if that was a problem.

does the mouselag still remain when you install/use the original mouse driver from the brands website?
why do i say this: i have a ROCCAT lua gamer mouse which ones mousewheel doesnt do lagging when i try to change the weapon with the mousewheel, when the lua mousedriver is installed.
and i do think your problem is softwarerelated. i would try, as a test, to change the grafix engine thing. for example opengl<-->vulkan or in older games opengl<--->directx, if possible.
last thing i would try would be reinstalling the operating system.

Yeah, washed mousepad didn't help me at all, i guess it has to be problem with software or smth.
