They're virtually identical. And it's very doubtful anyone has any serious opinions about CT2K51264BD160B vs CT2K51264BD160BJ model numbers. But anyone who can explain what the extra J means and why it's really really important is free to knock my socks off.

One states that it is Single Rank, so I would assume the other is Dual Rank. Single Rank *can* be a little faster in certain scenarios but it wouldn't be noticeable really on a daily driver. It could be a requirement of the boards memory controller as well although it would be an odd one.
