Any Corsair Crystal 680X owners out here ??
Would like to know if i can mount the Corsair H115i Platinum 280mm AIO in push / pull config.

The "push" fans are the original fans included with the AIO cooler.
The "pull" fans are Noctua NF-A14 Industrial PPC 2000 IP67 PWM

Fan depth is 25mm (x2)
Radiator is 27mm

Total is 77mm ( This config does fit in my current case : Graphite Series 760T Full-Tower )

The Corsair Crystal 680X is a mid-tower, so i believe the depth dimension inside the case, between the top of the case and top of the motherboard will be different in comparison...

The main concern is actually the CPU power connectors 4+4 pin and 4 pin on the motherboard,
which are both used and located at the very top of the mobo (X299 M7 ACK).
The stock PSU cables are not easy to manage, as we all know.

Unless i'm able to find flat and flexible power cables for the CPU,
i'd like to avoid mounting the radiator in the front of the case though.

Nope, not gonna fit. I could not get close enough to measure perfectly so i had to measure a bit further back but i would say there is ~60mm of space above the cpu power cable.

No idea if it fit in push/pull config. However I may have a possible solution to make it possible.

In my previous case I couldn't run push/pull using 120x120x25mm fans so I purchased some 120-x120x15mm fans for the pull and kept the 120x120x25mm for the push.

These are the slimmer fans I used
https://www.overclockers.co.uk/nf-a12x15-pwm-chromax-black-swap-fan-120mm-fg-07j-nc.html

If the slim fans would make it possible switch out the weaker fans with the slim fans. Obviously they won't push or pull as good so I used them for the pull as the better ones will have done most of the work pushing anyway

mismatched fans on push+pull will result in worse flow than either push or pull alone
push vs pull makes very little difference

af = airflow for open areas and vents
sp = static pressure for push or pull through rad or coolers

Sure it fits, mount it on the front, not the top

rads cool better with higher temp difference between liquid and air
mount it as front mount where its taking in cold air

the air entering the case from the rad will not change much and still be cool enough for gpu and other components

car modders with turob/superchargers mount the intercooler in front as low as possible, instead of putting it behind the water radiator or ac condensers

It might fit in the front, although with my motherboard it looks like it could block the usb3.1 port... Hard to tell for sure.

Would also have to use one of the lower pcie x16 slots. As my evga2080super FTW3 only leaves ~55mm of space. I personally would not risk it.

just mount the better rad fans as push or pull
do not use mismatched fans

You have plenty of space, nothing is blocked. Why do you see this as an issue of sorts?

Do you have eyes?

1 fan = 25mm thick. Push pull = 75mm. Space between front of case and gpu = ~55mm. Note that in my picture, gpu is in the 2nd slot which is not recommended. And even with gpu in 2nd slot, it is not guaranteed to fit. 2 fans and a radiator would easly cover all the cable holes. There would be a small gap behind the fans and rad for some cables. But looking through the top of the case it looks like they could possibly block the 2nd column of sata ports and maybe the usb port.

And even if it would fit, it would not look good and its definitely not worth buying a case that would just barely fit your hardware.

Yes I see. Well in all honesty 680X or similar sized cases were not meant for larger boards like X299. For those I'd look at Lian-Li and Phanteks
