RX 570 Sapphire Fan issue on computer (Low pitch vibration)

This is not my computer, but someone i know computer has a RX 570 and when gaming after the fan speeds up as it hits a certain temperature it starts to make a hella vibration noise that vibrates the whole case... when the fan is stopped the vibration is not there, when it kicks in it is there again, screws seem to be tightly screwed in etc, nothing is wobbly except the fan a bit on the gpu not sure if this is normal but can see-saw side to side slightly when off of course.. Is it easy to replace a fan on the RX 570 Sapphire?

fans run on fluid bearings, sounds ♥♥♥♥ed. RMA if you can. i had a 570 asus it died after 30days, RMA it or call the manufacturer about replacement fans

using a 580 sapphire that gives me static screen now n then. amd is ♥♥♥♥. im never buying another
