buzzing audio right side when gaming or apps

I finished building my new pc last week. It runs beautifully but i get an annoying buzzing noise thats prevalent when im playing games. Its always on the right side of my audio systems on both my headphones and speaker but its not as annoying on the speakers. I also noticed if i press control shift o for amd to bring up temps or the radeon hud it will also buzz so its not soley damanding games that get the buzz. If my fps was unlimited on monster hunter my gpu would also get a coil whine but its nowhere near as annoying as the audio buzz. Anyone have any tips on what i can do to solve this? Everything looks fine with my wire configuration and my power plugs are on different outlets.
My system is

gpu: gigabyte 5700xt

cpu: AMD 3700x
psu: 650w supernova

8gb of 2133mhz ram waiting on reopening of stores for 16 mhz 3200 ram

motherboard: b450 steel legend

case is a corsair 220t glass version

Audio drivers up to date? Speakers properly connected?

If 3.5mm analog audio jack, ensure the it's fully plugged in. If needed use some contact cleaner spray.

audio driver or bad audio cable, or maybe an issue with the amplified speaker or amp

test with a phone or mp3 player with headphone output
then try another set of speakers or headphone to see what the problem source is

if its the plug, wiggle it or get some contact cleaner as bad suggests

I'll try and clean the audio jack in the front. The headphones and speakers were fine on other sources. It really only buzzes on the radeon software overlay or certain games like monster hunter and it started doing it on valorant. I also checked drivers on windows and they are apparently up to date. I could download audio drivers from 2019 for the motherboard but my motherboard has already been updated by the factory. When i check online the situation is in both left and right speakers yet mines only for one

Oh the front case audio jack. Yea those typically are not shielded and thus let's all sorts of noise through. Avoid using front audio Jacks on cases

get the driver from the mobo mfg, windows does not always grab the correct driver, it grabs one thats close enough to work

not many cases use shielded front audio cables, route it as far away from the gpu and psu cables as possible

Thanks for the help everyone! I attached my speakers to my monitor and plugged in my headphone in the back. I no longer hear the buzzing sound so the 220T case does not have a shield for the front audio jack. Any use of a high powered gpu will create noise.
