Why system starts to use more CPU than before yesterday?
Today i Saw It started to use 25% of CPU when It always was at 0% or 1%

25% typically means a 4-code system and something goes 100% on a single thread. Launch resource manager and figure out what it is.

1 way is to open Task Manager select the performance tab then click Open resource monitor located and the bottom

Just click the Taskbar search bar > Resource Monitor > right click it > run as administrator

Most likely the OS is doing something, quite normal.

See if Windows Updates is doing something in background.
