+1 to all

or just reinstall windows 10 from a usb stick and reuse the key
then just get the drivers (no software) from hp support site

My one red cent: These adjunct OEM software programs aren't strictly needed so one could label at least some of them "bloatware." Plus they tend to develop serious security vulnerabilities over time. If you search online, HP's Support Assistant, which is in your list, was patched some months ago for a serious vuln. Do an RSS feed instead if available or just bookmark the page and visit it now and then. I would likewise get rid of all of them.

Pre-builds or Laptops = it's best to first create your own Win10 64bit install media, using your own usb flash drive. Then wipe the PC OS drive clean entirely of all partitions and data, and clean install the OS. Followed by updating the OS fully, then install all latest Drivers. You don't need any of that preinstalled junk such oem systems come with, all it does is slow your PC down more and more.
